At Bavarian Northwest, we are dedicated to providing high-performance solutions for the BMW community. Because many of our performance components—including our turbo kits, fuel lines, and custom fabrication—are built to order, our shipping process reflects the custom nature of our work.
1. Custom Build-to-Order Process
Most products listed on our site are custom-made specifically for your vehicle once your order is placed.

Variable Lead Times: Because each item is hand-built or assembled to our high quality standards, lead times vary based on current shop volume and the complexity of the build. For an estimated lead time on a specific item, please refer to that individual product's description.

No Exact Ship-Out Dates: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not provide exact estimated ship-out dates at the time of purchase. We prioritize precision and quality over speed to ensure you receive the best possible products.
2. Shipping Costs (Domestic)
To keep shipping simple and transparent for our domestic customers, we utilize flat-rate shipping fees.

Size-Based Pricing: Shipping costs are determined by our standardized prepackaged sizes. The rate applied to your order is based on the dimensions and weight category of the specific kit or component you are purchasing.

3. International Orders
We ship our performance parts worldwide; however, automated checkout rates for international destinations can sometimes be inaccurate due to size and weight complexities.

Accurate Pricing: By contacting us, we can provide a manual, accurate shipping quote and accurately converted pricing to ensure you are getting the best possible rate for your specific location.
4. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
Once your custom order has completed the production and quality-control phase, it will be packaged and handed off to a premium carrier.

Carriers: We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is 5 business days.

Please note: This 5-day estimate refers to the time in transit with the carrier and does not include the initial production lead time.
5. Tracking & Notifications
You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our shop. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status once the label has been created.
